Description

Tyson and Neevee are so excited to go ice fishing with their parents. How many fish will they catch?
This story infuses a family trip out on the ice with the essential early numeracy skills of composing and decomposing numbers, quantity awareness, and working with the part/part/whole relationship of numbers. A guide at the back of the book helps parents and educators ask questions to reinforce the numeracy learning in the text.
