Elizabeth Bisset is a graduate of York University's Bachelor of Education program. She also has a B.A. (Honours) in English from Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, and an M.A. in English from McMaster University, Hamilton. She is author of the forthcoming Discovering Communities (OUP 2003)and is the author of the teacher's guides for numerous Oxford Publications, including Discovering Canada, Discovering Canadian Pioneers, and Discovering Castle Days. She currently teaches grade one and two at Diefenbaker Elementary School in Toronto. Alex Bisset was a lexicographer with OxfordUniversity Press Canada from 1992 to 2002. He is the editor of The Canadian Oxford Paperback Dictionary and The Canadian Oxford Compact Dictionary. He is currently pursuing graduate studies at The University of Toronto.
