About the author
Kyla Plaxton is a registered Jin Shin Do® Acupressurist. Her journey of self-discovery taught her to listen to the symptoms of her body to learn what her inner self was trying to tell her. She applied this knowledge specifically to the symptoms during her menstrual cycle and in turn found her real self-expression and her own personal power. Her mission is to educate young women through the use of their period to claim their own unique personal power. Kyla has coached many young women and is committed to empowering women everywhere through her step by step book. She was born and raised on Vancouver Island and lives in Victoria, BC, with her family.
