Description
Master goal scoring the way the pros do it! Follow the action photos and expert instructions that show how today's great snipers have mastered the art of slamming the puck into the net. It's like attending a clinic. You learn every aspect you need to know: accurate shooting, quick passing, skilled stick handling, puck control in every situation, reading the defense, and winning faceoffs. Discover the secrets of the top sharpshooters, how they find openings, how they score with sudden shots from the outside and in heavy traffic close to the net, and how they handle breakaways. On every page you get fully illustrated expert advice on how to develop each skill, as instructions from pro coaches, stars, and tacticians show you what it takes to get to the top. Here's everything you need to know -- from avoiding mistakes and eliminating bad habits to keeping your head in the game. In addition, famous NHL sharpshooters like Brett Hull, Joe Sakic, and Paul Karlya tell you what it's like to be a champion, and let you in on the secrets of their success.
