Description

This collection includes hymns, prayers, blessings, and other liturgical texts illuminating the poetry and worship experience of ancient Israel and especially of the community at Qumran. It is the second volume containing poetical and liturgical texts from Cave 4, and the largest groups of texts are those of Hodayot (4Q427433, 433a, 440) and Barkhi Nafshi (4Q434438).
