Canada’s Coastal Animals (Canada Close Up)
Canada has more coastline than any other country in the world, so it’s no surprise that such a great variety of animals inhabit our coasts. Explore the following animals who reside on our Atlantic, Pacific and Arctic coasts: salmon, eels, Dall's porpoises, humpback whales, starfish, octopi, cormorants, puffins, sea otters and sea lions. Includes photos.Source: The Canadian Children’s Book Centre. Best Books for Kids & Teens. 2008.
