Description
Boot Camp is written for average dog owners who would like their pets to be better behaved. Teach your dog the basics: how to heel, sit, and lie down. Learn to use on- and off-leash work, whistle commands and positive reinforcement training techniques. Training procedures for both juvenile and adult dogs provide the owner of each type with a clear and unique approach. Handy review lists are provided to keep tack of your progress. You can teach an old dog new tricks! With anecdotes and humor, author Ted Sutton explains that understanding and communicating with your dog are essential for a successful relationship.
