Description

This exhibition is about the relationship between art and technology; that they are cardinal functions of the human imagination seeking to invent a better human condition. The notion of a division of imaginative labour, in which art proposes and technology disposes, was not the way of thinking in earlier periods, but is a peculiar commonplace of the modern century. This exhibition proposes that art and technology are not different in either theory or practice, and contains imaginative constructs and constructions. Featuring works by KC Adams, John Jefferys, Victoria Scott and Norman White.
