Description
Jacob wanted all the privileges of being a man, but not the responsibility that goes with that. Follow the story of a disillusioned young man in his mid-teens without a father, of the trials of a single mother who struggles with understanding the realm of manhood, and of a man who knows how difficult it can be to stay true to himself as a man in today’s world.
About the author
Cloughley has worked in the human services field for 20 years. Some of that time included working with men and women, as singles and couples, whose lives and families had been ravaged by alcoholism and drug addiction. Having been a single parent for several years, Cloughley can now add a personal level of experience to the insights he shares in this book. He is especially proud of his son and daughter and the human beings they have become in the world.
