Description
Phil wakes up in the middle of a cemetery, only to discover he's been dead for months. Unfortunately, everyone seems to have gotten on with their own lives-including his ex-girlfriend, who has started dating someone else. Luckily, Phil's best friend Jeff, AKA the costumed comic shop owner "Captain Super," lets Phil crash at his place to the consternation of his girlfriend... And then things start to get complicated. Earthbound starts out as a laugh-out-loud comedy, as its hapless zombie hero tries to make sense of his strange predicament, but it soon turns to darker territory, exploring friendship, trust and infidelity through the prism of fantasy and horror.

-Philippe Leblanc, The Comics Beat
