Jeremy Snapp

Jeremy S. Snapp also wrote the acclaimed book Northwest Legacy, which depicted a century of maritime history on the Pacific Coast from Oregon to Alaska.

A boat builder since the age of 12, Jeremy has worked in boatyards on Puget Sound and in Alaska, building over 40 wooden boats. Jeremy was a freelance photographer in his native Seattle in the early 1970s and a partner in a photography business. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, he trolled for salmon with his wife, Celia, in southeast Alaska.
