Kathy Beliveau’s passion for yoga and nature shines through in her writing, presentations and workshops. She has studied yoga for children, yoga safety and is a certified yoga instructor. She is the author of The Yoga Game picture book series (Simply Read) and co-author of the Strong Nations Yoga Cards. Kathy lives on Vancouver Island, close to nature and the sea.

Farida Zaman has been drawing ever since she was old enough to pick up a pencil. She specializes in illustrating picture books, editorial art, and other product design. Her favorite materials are watercolor, gouache, and acrylics. Farida lives in Toronto, where she collaborates on writing projects with her daughter, and is inspired by her son and her husband.

Kathy Beliveau has always loved nature, writing and pretty much anything that feeds the soul. She was raised in Lantzville, a small, seaside community on Vancouver Island. Kathy studied Children's Yoga and is a Certified Yoga Instructor.

Farida Zaman has a passion for art and design and has been working for 20 years as a freelance illustrator. Graduating at the top of her class with honors from the Wimbledon School of Art, she built an international career as a freelance illustrator in Geneva, London, New York, and Toronto. Her work has been exhibited at private shows and galleries in New York City, New Jersey, and Toronto.
