Description

Cheerleading is a fast-growing sport that’s based on teamwork, gymnastics skills, daring stunts, thrilling dances, and—of course—crowd-rousing cheers. Action-packed color photos help show the basic arm and leg positions, stunts and dance moves, and safety precautions.
